We will undertake to physically review your selected property (within Glasgow, Renfreshire, Ayrshire and Lanarkshire).
- An analysis of your property and the area.
- We will provide external and internal photographs.
- We will review the rental demand of the property and rental range.
- Review suitability of the property as a rental property in relation to surrounding properties.
- Provide estimate for any work required to bring property up to a minimal rental standard.
To provide the above service we charge £399.00. All payments to made prior to the inspection and we will provide our detailed response within 48 hours of the inspection.
